Profile
Zara Richards is a London and Hertfordshire-based choreographer and movement director. Ten years of credits including Dance Captain for Stormzy and Lil Simz at the BRIT Awards, the Commonwealth Games closing ceremony, Britain's Got Talent (semi-finalist with "Empire"), ITV's Dancing on Ice and The Masked Dancer, Afro Nation main stage, Coca-Cola, Disney Channel, Tinie Tempah and Jess Glynne.
She trained at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City and Millennium Studio in Los Angeles, and carries fluency across hip-hop, Afro, locking, jazz, contemporary, lite feet and tap. She runs her own studio in Stevenage where she has coached freestyle world champions and trains the next layer of UK competitive dancers.
The work is the work — production houses book her for clean choreography, calm sets, and the ability to put eight dancers in a room and produce something the camera actually wants to keep. Available for creative direction, movement direction and on-set choreography across the UK and internationally.

In their words
I contacted Zara seven days before the shoot after another choreographer let me down. Within 24 hours she organised seven dancers. They arrived on time, professional, and the choreography was amazing.
Flygerian
Music Video Director
I asked Zara last minute to put together a choreography for my music video and she absolutely nailed it. We didn't even end up making any tweaks because I loved the choreo as it was. Zara and her dancers had totally got the vibe I was going for.
Kelvin Jones
Recording Artist — Sony
An outstanding artist, teacher and choreographer. Zara is one of the most inspiring young women I have met in the industry. Her choreographic style is unique and distinguished, she is a smart business woman, and her teaching is absolutely superb. She is quite simply exceptional.
Ruth Kestenbaum
Dance School Owner
I have worked on set with Zara quite a few times with my U18 clients. She has a kind, bubbly vibe that dancers quickly warm to. She is very good at taking on the role of artistic director, always brings visions to life, and I highly recommend her.
L'Shay Creatives

Zara is well organised, talented and passionate. It was a pleasure to have her on set for our music video "Call Me Oga". Looking forward to working with her again in the future.
Jonathon Medina
Duty Paid Band
Zara was so easy to work with. She provided me with all dancers, choreography, and even organised the shooting location. Hard working and dedicated. I will 100% be working with her in the future.
